lab_inventory misses inventory of migrated hosts in skylab.

Oops, ignore the broken bug description, seems like I mistakenly submit it before finishing it.


DUT pool inventory report currently report nyan_blaze as below:

Status for pool:cq, by model:
Model                    Bad  Idle  Good Total
nyan_blaze                12     0     0    12


Which is not accurate. I suspect it's because lab_inventory.py doesn't talk to skylab_inventory to get the info of DUTs which already are migrated.
