Issue description
Chrome Version : Chromium 69.0.3452.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Chrome: 67.0.3396.87 (Not headless version)
Safari:
Firefox: 60.0.2
Edge:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add CSS property "white-space: pre-line" to any text element.
(2) Add a break-line character (\n) to this text element.
(3) Take a screenshot of the website (Using headless version).
What is the expected result?
It should break a line for every \n inserted on the text.
What happens instead?
It doesnt break the line.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This only affects to the Headless version of Chromium.

As per comment# 0, this issue seems to be related to Internals-Headless, hence adding proper label(Proj-Headless) to it and requesting someone from Internals-Headless team have a look at this issue. Thanks!
