Keyboard freeze when open menu list

Steps:
1.Log in system with any keyboard
2.Open menu list 

Actual:
Crash for keyboard , can not input anything again, menu list also can not be closed

Note:
1.Also repro in log in pwd input box
2.This version have new keyboard UI

Still repro on the latest auto-updated 10184.0.0 canary kevin.
