When logging in with the virtual keyboard after a fresh reboot, the keyboard disappears, re-appears, and then disappears

Chrome Version: 69.0.3472.0

Reboot (will not repro if you just log out)
Show the accessibility keyboard (explicitly using the tray)
Type your password
Push the "->" button

Expected: Keyboard stays open. Or closes. Either behavior seems acceptable. But...

Actual: Keyboard disappears, re-appears, and then disappears again

Hmm, can't seem to repro on 70.0.3519.3. Does it matter if you type your password with the virtual keyboard or physical keyboard?
