Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 67.0.3396.87 using Mac 10.13.5 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to some web-page (for ex: crbug.com/855937 & wikipedia) 2) selected some text on the web-page and clicked on Cmd+D, able to see bookmark pop-up and able to add bookmark of that page. @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference, try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks for the reply. This turned out to be a false positive, caused by a custom keybinding for Cmd+D on my system in ~/Library/KeyBindings/DefaultKeyBinding.dict. You can close the issue, and sorry about the trouble.
