I just want to re-install the web view app. But nor my phone or the play store won't let me. There is no option.

Hi there, depending on your OS version, but from M and above, you're likely using Chrome as webview provider. You can update Chrome app to update webview if that's what you're asking.

No I Uninstalled the Chrome web Webview, by accident. For some reason Play Store will not let me reinstall or update the app webview

Hmm... There are two different apps: 1) Google Chrome. 2) Android System WebView. When you disable 1), depending on the version but you'll be most likely switched to Android System WebView and Play Store will only update it. If you still have Chrome (not disabled), then you cannot update Android System WebView since Chrome is a provider of webview. |
