Separate saved credit card info from other autofill info and disable/enable them separatly

Reported by jwm52...@gmail.com, Jun 23 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter credit card info and make a purchase
2. chrome requests to save it
3. remove credit card info from autofill settings page
4. attempt to turn off credit card autosave and find that there is there is only one setting to disable autofill completely.

What is the expected behavior?
Autofill is a great function and saves alot of time entering repeating data but users should be able to choose weather their credit card info is saved in the same manner. We should also have the option to disable the autosave function for credit cards while leaving autofill enabled for other things like addresses and email.

What went wrong?
could not disable autosave of credit card info without disabling autofill completely.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

obviously chrome already knows this is a credit card based on the popup. i NEVER save my cards this way so the popup is just annoying.

Thanks for filing the issue!

As per comment#0 it is understood that the issue seems to be a feature request, hence changing the type to Feature and marking it as Untriaged. Requesting someone from "UI>Browser>Autofill" team to have a look into this.
