Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3469.3 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chrome 2. browse the internet for a while, problem will not appear immediately 3. watch a random video at a later stage of your browsing activity 4. video is playing, scroll down or up 5. video becomes black and adapts all the visuals that the website contents from beneath or above it 6. relaunch browser, repeat What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? This behavior only appears to happen at random time, some videos may appear okay with no errors, but sometimes, if youre lucky, if you watch a video on any platform like facebook\tumblr\youtube, it will adapt every graphic you will scroll through just like in the screenshot below. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3469.3 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Contents of chrome://gpu: I have attached a file for that. I have opened this issue before, but I was requested to start a new issue if this problem repeats, the problem keeps on reproducing and this is why I am opening a new issue. I saw similar on https://www.capbridge.com/ for the images. But it is fixed on TOT. I think damage is not being reported correctly on stable.

Now it only reproduces every over a few hours, but im starting to consider that this might just be an AMD driver bug, Ill update my amd drivers when the next driver available and test my browser
,
Jul 13
As per comment#12 from reporter the issue seems to be with the installed driver, hence adding label Needs-Feedback and awaiting the response from reporter about the issue when it's re-checked after drivers are updated. Thanks!
,
Jul 13
I am assuming so since nobody else here is encountering this problem, but I will have to wait until AMD releases a new driver, I'll update once I apply the new available drivers!

New driver BABY Im gonna give this bug at least a week to reproduce itself, if a week passes and I havent encountered this problem, I'll report it here, same goes to if the problem does reproduces itself. I wasnt able to reproduce this bug for at least 2 days now, so if it wont reproduce, it will be hard to determine if it was really the graphic driver or if it was a bug in the build.

This is a long shot, but can you try running with Chrome with the --disable-gpu-memory-buffer-video-frames and --use-cmd-decoder=validating flags (together and separately). Also, can you please capture a trace for the "Javascript and Rendering" category as described here: https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/trace-event-profiling-tool/recording-tracing-runs
