[MacViews Browser] Status bubble tweaks

Just got dropped into the trial at home. Feedback:

- The status bubble shouldn't have a shadow. It's making it look all weird, like it's sitting awkwardly kinda at the corner of the window rather than appearing and disappearing.

- The lower left corner should round to match the window's rounded corner.

For corner radii, this should use -[NSThemeFrame roundedCornerRadius].

We were unable to reproduce this bug on Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.4,10.14.2) OS using Latest canary #72.0.3618.0

Hence, marking it as WontFix.
