Cannot switch IME or type Chinese in Flash TextField

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open this game https://apps.facebook.com/europartytown 2. Click the house icon on the bottom right to go home. 3. Click the storage box icon, on the top right corner of the storage box there is a TextField for search. We cannot switch IME or type Chinese in it(since last week). What is the expected behavior? Being able to switch IME or type Chinese in the Flash TextField. What went wrong? Flash TextField Did this work before? Yes Flash Player 29 Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0 We've tested some other Flash games. All TextFields seem to have the same problem.

As per comment #0 we have tested this issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.87 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: -------- 1. Launched chrome 2. Navigated to this URL "https://apps.facebook.com/europartytown" We are able to switch IME and type Chinese @Reporter: As we are unable to reproduce the issue from our end. Could please check the screen-cast and let us know if we miss anything and also verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists. Thanks.!

And "Cannot switch IME" means that you cannot switch IME by keyboard shortcuts(not by mouse) when focusing on the TextField.

lin.pandam@ Thanks for the update. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 67.0.3396.87 and the latest Canary 69.0.3474.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and navigated to the game https://apps.facebook.com/europartytown. 2. Changed the System language to Chinese, and gave some input in the text box. 3. Could switch through the suggestions using keyboard keys. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to provide the screen cast of the steps followed which will help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks...
