Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start CEF browser and open any page that has <input type="number"> on it. In my case that was this page (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/number). 2. Click on this input and you'll see a normal (full) keyboard (Screenshot2). 3. Important! Do not close the keyboard and do not lose the focus on input field. 4. You need to reactivate browser window. You can minimize browser to taskbar or switch to another window and then switch back to browser. 5. Voila, you get the touch keyboard with numeric style (Screenshot1). What is the expected behavior? Show numeric keyboard on first click. What went wrong? Described above behaviour was for CEF. Chromium shows always only normal keyboard. Is it possible for inputs with a "number" style to show numeric instead? Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? No Hi, actually I'm using CEF, but they said it could be a Chromium problem. I found out that Windows 10 has the numeric on screen keyboard (Screenshot1). That's what I need for my app, but it is not clear to me how can I pop it up. Here is the strange behaviour I have faced with cefclient 3.3396.1779 (based on 69.0.3464.0). You need to activate the small keyboard on a tablet first (Screenshot2). Chrome version: 69.0.3464.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The same for <input type="tel"> and telephone keyboard. |
