What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open dev tool
2. switch to network tab
3. go to any website (ex. https://www.google.com/doodles/)
4. check the rendered html of any request (as attached file)

What is the expected result?
Either

automatically change the text in black color to another color that is easier to see in dark theme background

or

background color of dark theme can be changed to another color (maybe grey?),
since most of the texts are in black color.

I do appreciate the dark theme. Thanks Google dev tool team!

What happens instead of that?
Text in black color can hardly be seen.
