What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open many tabs, e.g. 70 per 4K monitor. To make icons barely fit the tab.
(2) Close a tab on the right hand side of the tabs bar with the mouse.

What is the expected result?

Tabs to the left of the closed one stay intact until you move mouse out of the bar

What happens instead?

Tabs shrink a bit and move the left (!)
