Ryan, I can't find definitions of this builder in cr-buildbucket.cfg of infra/infra repo. Have you not landed it yet?

How much longer do you think it will take? The lkgr in Chromium is from June 7th, and some of our V8/Chromium bots are no broken because of incompatibility of the old revision.

Can committers push to the lkgr ref like in V8? Could we just manually push the ref a bit forward in the mean time?
