Issue descriptionIn issue 760553, we're migrating legacy smoothness.*, thread_times.* and scheduler.* to rendering.destkop & rendering.mobile. Now that rendering.* contain all the old page sets, we should make sure that the alerts are the same. Your @google account is marked as an AppEngine admin, so you should be able to change the sheriff urls. Which account are you trying to access with?

Actually Simon, the author of the doc are amyqiu@ & sadrul@, so that's why maybe they can't access the url to change sheriff urls. Can you give them access?
