Using a prediction service to load pages quicker causes YouTube videos to display an error.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable "Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly."
2. Try to watch most youtube videos.
3. Error occurs "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available."

What is the expected behavior?
Youtube video plays

Hmm, not sure what the prediction service is, but code search seems to think it has to do with omnibox, so +that.

Can you please confirm that if you disable the "prediction service", then youtube videos play fine?

Hello!
Once I disabled the predictive service, YouTube videos don't display any
errors.
