Looks like the test is generally a little bit flaky and it may be that nothing has changed recently (based on https://chromium-try-flakes.appspot.com/all_flake_occurrences?key=ahVzfmNocm9taXVtLXRyeS1mbGFrZXNyXAsSBUZsYWtlIlF2aXJ0dWFsL3RocmVhZGVkL2FuaW1hdGlvbnMvaW50ZXJwb2xhdGlvbi9zdmctc3Ryb2tlLWRhc2hhcnJheS1pbnRlcnBvbGF0aW9uLmh0bWwM).
