Sticky constraints are not supposed up be invalidated after composited scroll |

Issue descriptionCurrently we invalidate the sticky constraints after scroll but it should be scroll position independent.

Just to clarify that it's not limited to composited scroll. The problem exists as long as the layer is composited. |
