Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3466.0 Revision 7a22a4a62948746c970b84f31b1f78cd2cb3a1c2-refs/branch-heads/3466@{#1}(64 bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6),Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) Pre-condition: Enabled 'Enable new Print Preview UI' flag from chrome://flags What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, give Print command on NTP and clcik on Change button under Destination. (2) Sign into with valid credentials then switch to preview page. (3) Observe text on showing destination for drop down. Actual: Text on 'showing destination for' drop down is seen chopped. Expected: Text on 'showing destination for' drop down should not chopped. This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M67' Note: Issue is also seen on Stable build #67.0.3396.87 and Beta build #68.0.3440.33

Update : Rechecked the above issue on Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5, 10.13.6) and Linux(14.04) OS with latest Canary Chrome version #69.0.3473.0 and the issue is fixed. Kindly refer the attached screen cast.
