Dropdowns do not appear properly on Print overlay

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3466.0 (Official Build) Revision 7a22a4a62948746c970b84f31b1f78cd2cb3a1c2-refs/branch-heads/3466@{#1}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.5, 10.13.6) and Linux(14.04) Pre-conditions: 1) Enable 'Enable new Print Preview UI' flag under chrome://flags 2) Set 'Force UI direction' flag to 'Right-to-left' What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open NTP. (2) Press Ctrl+P to open print preview overlay and observe the drop downs. Actual : The arrow on the drop down gets overlapped with text and drop down appears chopped from LHS. Expected: The drop downs should appear properly. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M67

Update : Rechecked the above issue on Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5, 10.13.6) and Linux(14.04) OS with latest Canary Chrome version #69.0.3473.0 and the issue is fixed. Kindly refer the attached screen cast.
