Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/17.17134 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a document list in Sharepoint Online 2. Scrolling up down for multiple times 3. The document list jumps to the top suddenly 4. Also occurs when stop scrolling and leaving the list somewhere in the middle. What is the expected behavior? Within other browsers such as Edge or Internet Explorer the list keeps the current position and does not jump to the top of the document list. What went wrong? The file / document list keeps jumping to the top. This happens since the latest release of 12 June. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes the version before 12 June Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0.17134.112 Flash Version:

@Reporter: please explain more about step 2 repo: -How do you scroll the page? keyboard? scrollbar?touchpad?touchscreen?mousewheel? or any other devices? -How long it roughly takes to reproduce the issue? how consistently can you reproduce the issue by following the repo steps? _Are there any other example URLs?
