OS : Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.5, 10.13.6)  OS

Precondition: Enable ‘Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa’ flags from ‘chrome://flags’.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome ,open devtools on NTP and doc devtools window to bottom.
2.Now go to ‘Audit’ section and click on ‘run’ button.
3.Observe.

Actual Result: Unwanted white patch is seen after running audit in devtools . 
Expected Result: Such white patch should not be seen after running audit in devtools . 

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-69’ and will soon update other bisect info.
Good build: 69.0.3445.0 
Bad build: 69.0.3446.0  

You are probably looking for a change made after 563007 (known good), but no later than 563008 (first known bad).

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
