Nodir, will your dynamic blamelist work allow for this or do we need something else in addition?

Summary: LUCI builder view doesn't have the Changes column which is very useful (was: LUCI buildbot don't have the Changes column which is very useful)
it depends. The "changes" in buildbot builder view is static blamelist and makes sense only if build order == commit order. From the perspective of go/dynamic-blamelists, the "right" fix would be to have a radio buttons that switch between build creation order and commit order. If in commit order, we can display changes. WDYT?
distinction in milo between commit and build creation orders -> sgtm.

I think for CI builders commit order should be primary and I'm not sure if build creation order is all that useful or necessary. Seeing a pending build down the list in commit order wouldn't be a bad experience, I think. In an effort to reduce options and modes maybe we could just do commit order? I guess build numbers would be weird... maybe that ruins this.

if we provide commit position column and somehow allude that builds are ordered by commit position, then out-of-order build numbers won’t look that weird
