ChromeVox: Pressing ChromeVox+Space twice quickly causes the second "click" to be sent to the page as a keyboard event

When you press ChromeVox+Space twice quickly with ChromeVox, the simulated click is a double click and then the keyboard event (Meta+Space) gets sent to the page. A minimized test case illustrates this.
