chromium.chromedriver is a waterfall that runs the chromium.chromedriver.recipe_autogen recipe.  It also builds the chromedriver binary, waits to download chromium ToT, then downloads the past 3 versions of chromium to run chromedriver tests on.

Should we migrate this master as-is, or somehow consolidate it into something else?
