Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.99.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.203 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10452.99.0 (Official Build) stable-channel caroline Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the ChromeOS settings dialog. 2. Click on the "Printing" section from the menu. 3. Click on the "Printers" section. 4. Click on "ADD PRINTER" button. 5. Click on "ADD MANUALLY" button. 6. The "Add a printer manually" dialog now appears. 7. Fill in the "Name" field with "myprinter". 8. Fill in the "Address" field with "user@host". 9. Observe that the "ADD" button is disabled and we cannot proceed. What is the expected behavior? The "Add a printer manually" dialog should allow me to enter a username in the printer address. Alternatively, it could allow me to enter the CUPS printer URI directly, so that I don't need to break it up into pieces and feed each piece into the "Add a printer manually" dialog's different fields. What went wrong? The "Add a printer manually" dialog does not allow me to enter a username in the printer address. I'm forced to remove the username from the printer address in order to proceed with the dialog and add my printer into ChromeOS. However, because the username information is missing, my printer is rejecting all printing attempts from ChromeOS. Note: my printer *requires* that I specify my username (which is different from my ChromeOS login) in the LDP URI. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 66.0.3359.203 Channel: stable OS Version: 10452.99.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.171
