Sync that had worked for 3 years or more stopped until sync reset

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 9; Pixel XL Build/PPP3.180510.008) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Mobile Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add new pc to your home 2. Install chrome and enable sync 3. Nothing syncing to new pc What is the expected behavior? All items synced within 5 to 10 minutes of logging in What went wrong? No clue. I had to reset sync and did not re-enable my encryption again. Did this work before? Yes Previous 4 years of versions Chrome version: 68.0.3440.25 Channel: beta OS Version: 10 pro Flash Version: Flash 30 ppapi

Thanks for reporting! Can you please paste the content of chrome://sync-internals and chrome://signin-internals?
