Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open a page in the Chrome app.
(2) Use the Overview button / app switcher to kill Chrome.
(3) Reopen Chrome. The webpage from (1) should load again.
(4) Swipe right repeatedly past the address bar.

Expected result:
Swipe right from the navigation bar into the webpage

Actual result:
Cannot swipe right past the 'more options' button.


In step (2), I can sometimes reproduce this instead by changing tabs and returning to the first tab later. Maybe this is an issue when the render process dies?
