If we have a checkout form (that contains multiple form groups - Address, Credit card, ..), make sure we are logging metrics at credit card form when user interacts/fills/ cc form. Another option is to log things at field group level to make this much cleaner.

We might be *potentially* logging metrics under credit card bucket, even if user is not interacting with cc form in a checkout flow. 

Next steps is to debug with UMA histograms.
