Change default CCs for Infra>Platform>Tricium

Hi Ben, I'd would like to change the default CCs of the newly created component to include:

qyearsley@chromium.org
maruel@chromium.org

Is this the right way to do this request?

There are no default CCs for this component. Since it's individuals, you can go to crbug.com near the search bar at the top, click on "Saved queries".
