Tabs constantly 500

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10798.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3464.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10798.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Can't fill out. Page will 500

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
After update, tabs constantly 500.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 69.0.3464.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10798.0.0
Flash Version: 30.0.0.122

Yes, I've tried restarting my pixelbook, and chrome. Still no luck. I've turned off all extensions that have been downloaded recently, still no luck.

Trying a different network thinking it may be a connectivity issue. Performance slightly improved, but problem still persists

Had to switch back to stable to complete my work today. Will grab a net-export when I switch back to dev after hours.
