Remove FYI MSVC builders?

We've stopped supporting MSVC builders on windows.  Can we remove these builders?

Yes we can. I thought the analyze builder (that was mine) had been removed a while ago even before the switch to clang.

Currently, No.
We are using the builder to check the behavior of goma canary for chomium subprojects like v8, webrtc, angle, pdfium that are yet relying on cl.exe compiler
