Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open provided test 2. Click show modal 3. Highlight the contents of input from right to left, not releasing the mouse until the cursor is past the left edge of the dialog What is the expected behavior? Text to remain highlighted once the cursor is past the edge of the dialog. What went wrong? On a modal dialog the text becomes deselected once the cursor moves past the edge of the dialog. This doesn't happen on the non-modal dialog, and doesn't match the expected behaviour. Highlighting in a different direction or moving off a different edge varies the behaviour slightly. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

iain@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.13.5 on the reported version 67.0.3396.87 and the latest Canary 69.0.3466.0 as per the original comment. Attached is the screen cast for reference. This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M-60 chrome builds. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..
