What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add new user
(2) Log in and out, so you see the offline (PODs) login screen
(3) Click the \/ button and 'Remove this user' button

What is the expected result?
There should be a warning that all files and data will be deleted and a red button "Remove this user".

What happens instead?
The red "Remove this user" button is missing and the user cannot be deleted.

It works in the webui.
