The performance problem you are having is unlikely to be related to this (see my response to your other  issue 854475 . The mojo message is just logspam that we should clean up but isn't likely to be delaying anything; it's not making a remote call, the mojo services are in the same process.

I can't reproduce this log occurring, though - what version of Android and WebView/Chrome are you using that shows this message? Can you attach the sample app you're using?

I haven't really done any fancy stuff, just created a simple angular cli project,
and configured cordova, but capacitor is the same.

I have attached the capacitor one. Sometimes it did cause the issue, sometimes not, but there is an another logspam issue related to the devtool 854472, which has been always caused.

I have tested on Sony xperia z3, it will be building with little tweaks just i have removed one-two class from it what i'm working on now, and don't want to share.

I'm developing on Ubuntu 16.4.0.4.

Can you just attach the APK? I can't import this into android studio successfully :|

Can't reproduce budget_service getting called and I can't find a codepath that leads to it in the source, so I'm just going to close this, sorry - it's not an actual problem in any case.
