Test remove Linux support from chrome://settings

Verify that:
- Terminal app is deleted from the launcher.
- From Chrome OS shell, $ vmc start termina doesn’t start Termina VM. 
- Linux user data partition gets deleted. Ensure that current user's VMs are not using any disk space once the Termina VM is deleted.

‘vmc list’ displays the total amount of disk used by the current user's VMs.
