Issue descriptionChrome Version: 49.0.2623.112 OS: Win XP Our crash alerts show an increase in overall crashes coming from users on these versions of Chrome in Egypt, Tunisia, and Morroco. Previously, we averaged about 150-160 reports a day. Sinnce 6/15, there have been 250+ reports. It appears these are the only markets where there's a notable increase in crashes. We know these users are on unsupported versions of Chrome, however, we are documenting this bug in case there's a reason for an increase in crashes. https://screenshot.googleplex.com/kC9EojmPVxp

Win xp Chrome support is deprecated since M-50 and spike in chrome crashes also seems to be coming from very old chrome versions: 49.0.2623.112. Not sure its worth investigating this as there are no crashes logged in the crash server on the latest market available chrome stable version: 67.0.3396.87/99 on Windows XP.
