Issue descriptionChrome: 69.0.3452.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) NVDA: 2018.2.1 JAWS: 2018 Steps to repro: # With NVDA running, launch Chrome # Ensure that there are bookmarks on the bookmarks bar # Visit chrome://bookmarks # Tab to the bookmark list # Activate focus mode with NVDA+space # Use up and down arrow to navigate the bookmarks list # Notice that sometimes NVDA will announce the index "1 of 29" for example # Especially it usually announces when pressing home, end, or up arrow from the last bookmark Expected: Index would be read each time Actual: Indexs are correct when read, but only read 20% of the time.
