||||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionChrome OS 68.0.3440.15 10718.13.0 (Official Build) dev-channel nami-unibuild (akali akali360 nami pantheon sona vayne) Device: Pantheon (Nami family) Reproduction: Start typing "Barack" and let "Obama" autofill. Right arrow to complete. What happens: Autofill completes, but cursor loses focus from the Omnibox What's expected: Autofill completes and cursor stays in Omnibox to allow continued typing. This does *not* repro on M67 (with Caroline/ChromebookPro)

Any arrow key interaction causes cursor to lose focus and act as if it is selecting the next web element on the website you are on.

Seems to be duplicate of 853399, 846639, and 836829 (and probably others.) Pretty sure groby@ isn't working on it.

krb@, this is a ChromeOS bug. Bug 853399 / bug 836829 are Mac bugs, about interacting with the dropdown, not about focus loss. I think those are likely a different issue. Bug 846639 appears to be the canonical bug for this issue. Merging. |
