"CL status and build information" links bring me to error pages |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3396.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: gLinux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Click on "CL status and build information" line here: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/platform2/+/1100543 (2) This link points to https://chromeos-cl-viewer-ui.googleplex.com/cl_status/chromium-review.googlesource.com/1100543/2 (3) Click on any of the build links, get error page: https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/betty-pre-cq/0/ What is the expected result? Not an error page. Maybe build and test results. What happens instead? I get an error page. (see attachment)

cl-viewer will be moved to CI UI and we'll need another way to identify builds in a Swarming world when we do.

During the interim please use Goldeneye (Legoland) and the comments on the CL to track builds. |

jclinton is cl-viewer going to be supported for swarming builds ('0' Buildbot ID)? If not, should we open a bug to remove that link from pre-cq comments? cmtm, you can see the list of pre-cq builder links on your CL, it should show you the same information, to the goleneye links (which is the main UI for this type of stuff).
