Chromevox Menu No-longer works

Version: 66.0.3359.203
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Open Chromevox menu with the search key (Chromevox Key) + period
2. Try to click on an item, using search+space or enter
3. Nothing happens

It appears that only tab works in this menu.
Search+right arrow is stuck in the text 'ChromeVox menu'
Escape doesn't exit the menu
