Yellow permanent screen

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.25 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
To show a blank coloured screen as normal

What went wrong?
Comparation between Opera Beta and Chrome Beta.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.25  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
