What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open App info of any app
(2)Press Ctrl+Shift+(+) to max the screen resolution once and bring it to normal resolution by  Ctrl+Shift+0
(3)Now close the App info and observe

Actual: Weird bordered traces are seen
Expected: No such bordered traces should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-67 stable

Note:
1.Issue is seen in M-68 
2.Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
