What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go into corp profile (primary profile)
(2) Put in tablet mode
(3) Start typing on Virtual Keyboard
(4) Gesture typing not working
(5) Go into handwriting mode
(6) No write something
(7) Typed words are there but HWR word predictions are not
(8) Go into secondary profile/personal profile
(9) repeat the same things as above

What is the expected result?
* Gesture typing and HWR not working in corp mode whether or not any secondary profiles are being used
* When logged into the secondary profiles, its all working properly
