Document navigation is difficult using the on-screen keyboard

I have a RSI and have been attempting to use the on-screen keyboard as an alternative to a physical keyboard. It has mostly been a good experience -- especially the dictation button.

However, document navigation is difficult:
- no up/down arrows
- right/left arrows do not repeat when held like the backspace button does
- no page up/down buttons
- no home/end buttons
