bisect builds should sync depot tools to same rev as bisecting

I cannot sync to an old revision and get a functioning build:

To repro

git checkout 939b32ee5ba05c396eef3fd992822fcca9a2e262
gclient sync

gclient sync fails with error:

fatal: unable to access 'https://chromium.googlesource.comnative_client/pnacl-subzero/':

You can git-sync depot_tools to a revision contemporary of 939b32ee5ba05c396eef3fd992822fcca9a2e262, and use it to gclient-sync to get a functioning build.
