[MacViews] Hover buttons are misplaced in MD-Download Shelf

Chrome Version: Version 69.0.3464.0
OS: MacOS 10.13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews-Browser in about://flags
(2) Download something, so that the Download Shelf appears at the bottom of the window
(3) Hover over a downloaded item

What is the expected result?
Hover buttons should be aligned at left/right.


What happens instead?
Some pixels of the hover button are missing at the left side and 1 pixel is to far to the right and not aligned with the divider.

Another related bug: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=859311

I cannot drag downloaded items from the shelf when Finder is focused. It was working before.
