Feature request for ability to print via a declarative API for apps which render to Canvas. In more detail, ability to:
 1. Create a PDF Context for printing
 2. Begin/terminate individual pages, with custom page dimensions
 3. Use the same API as the 2D Context to render to the pages
 4. Ability to specify hyperlinks rects to internal & external locations
