Cpanel not updating "Autocomplete domain" after domain rename

Project Member Reported by vaandres@chromium.org, Jun 18 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version:68.0.3440.18
Chrome OS Version: 10718.16.0
Chrome OS Platform: Sumo
Network info: Googleguest

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Enroll device into your domain. Sign in as a user. Inside cpanel navigate to Device Settings > Sign-in settings. Under auto complete settings, from the dropdown menu select "use domain name, set below for autocomplete"
(2)Rename your existing domain, reload policies and sign out.
(3)

Expected Result:
Auto complete domain should reflect new value for renamed domain.

Actual Result:
Old domain name is shown instead.Admin has to manually change the domain name.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
End user will not be able to log in until admin changed the domain name to reflect the new change

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

First domain name was cdm-rename10.jaylee.us, renamed domain to renamed-cdm10.jaylee.us

This is a admin panel UI issue. Nothing to be done on client side.
Please, file an internal bug under "Chrome OS Server Projects > Enterprise Management" and assign to server-side team.
