Upstream the cr50 driver

The cr50 driver in the v4.4 kernel needs to be upstreamed. This improves the alignment between ChromeOS and upstream kernels.

Isn't this on Andrey's plate ?

Also, we don't usually open bugs for upstreaming tasks. More for something like "synchromize driver after upstreaming".

Andrey asked if I could help out with upstreaming this driver. I could close this bug and CL if there's another way to go about this.

It doesn't hurt to have a bug. You don't really need it either, though.
